How we can help:

1.      Offer our clinical services to initiat or enhance your injured workers limb loss recovery.

2.      Provide you with Ancillary Case Management Services.

What is Ancillary Case Management?
It is a consulting service in a specific medical specialty. In this case, limb loss rehabilitation and prosthetics.

Maximize our Value!
First, contact us so we can discuss the case. We may decide that we can help simply by providing you with ancillary case management services via telephone. In some cases we may decide that we need to evaluate the patient for a better understanding of a problem. In other cases we may decide that the injured worker would be best served by taking part in our Advanced Rehab Program. Regardless of how you utilize us you will find that in any capacity we can become your #1 resource for facilitating swifter and more favorable limb loss outcomes.

Who pays for our CM services?
The injured workers' insurance company is responsible for payment. All you'll do is contact the adjuster and request authorization for us to assist you. We'll send the adjuster a bill monthly for our time.
Cost: $90 per hour.

Advanced Rehab Program
Claimants come to our facility from around the country for our Advanced Rehab Program.  During this 4-6 week program your client will receive excellence in physical therapy and prosthetics that will maximize results and performance.

Upon completion of our program, we'll draft a full report of your claimant's current status and prognosis.  Two to four months following discharge we recommend that the client return for re-evaluation. This will allow us to reassess their ongoing progress and ensures they are maintaining what they achieved while in our program.  The follow up will also make sure the client is complying with their home exercise program and identify whether there are any problems or changes that need to be addressed. A few days of refresher therapy will typically be done at this time.

                       Travel/Lodging Costs:

$1,000 per week: includes airfare, rental car, hotel, and food. (prices will vary)
